Godox AD400Pro LCD Replacement This prepaid repair service replaces the LCD assembly in a Godox AD400Pro or Flashpoint XPLOR400 Pro flash. Important: This service is for the original AD400Pro and Flashpoint XPLOR400 Pro. Contact us before ordering for an AD400Pro II. This repair is appropriate for: A cracked or physically damaged LCD A blank LCD when the flash otherwise appears to power on A dim, distorted, flickering or unreadable display Missing lines or sections of the LCD image This repair covers the internal LCD assembly. If the clear plastic window in the outer housing is also cracked or broken, the window can currently be replaced for an additional $15. A complete outer-shell replacement is currently an additional $60. Please describe any damage to the external window or housing in the note included with your flash. We will contact you for approval before adding any additional repair charge. You are responsible for shipping the flash to MoLight. The shipping charge collected with your repair order covers return shipping to you. How the repair process works Add this repair service to your cart and complete payment. Print your order confirmation showing the six-digit order number. Place the order confirmation inside the package with your flash. Please include a note describing the LCD problem and whether the external plastic window or outer housing is also damaged. Ship the flash to the MoLight Repair Center using a shipping service that provides tracking. We will send you an email confirming that your repair has been received. We will inspect the flash, replace the LCD and test its operation. When the repair is complete, we will email your repair report and return the flash to you. Repair turnaround Turnaround begins when your flash arrives at MoLight. Please review the current Repair Queue Status on the main repairs page before ordering. Orders containing multiple flashes may require additional time. We will contact you if the external window, outer shell or another component also requires replacement.
