Manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum, these Alloy Thin-neck inserts feature a male-to-male threaded format with matching threads at both ends. Historically, the thin-neck lightsaber design presents a unique aesthetic aspect and engineering challenge. These insert designs prioritize strength and security offering a 6mm Neck Insert Thread length and a 45 degree friction chamfer that locks the neck to the base while redirecting force. Asymmetric insert profiles further the aesthetic legacy; users will find the matching thread ends provide two neck options in a single insert by simply changing the orientation of the insert. A raw finish allows for user customization through etching, weathering or other surface treatments.
