Our White Cheese is made using goat milk and is brined in salty water, which acts as a natural preservative. The Black seeds added to the cheese are intended to provide a unique ta ste. However, when the cheese is stored in brine, the oil from these black seeds can sometimes leach into the cheese, which may result in a brownish or yellowish tint. This is a natural occurrence and does not affect the quality or safety of the product. To manage the saltiness of the white cheese, we recommend soaking it in warm water for approximately thirty minutes, and then draining the water. You can repeat this process until you achieve your desired salt level. Please note that while soaking, the cheese may soften slightly. Our white cheese is naturally intended to have a firm texture.
