However, when the cheese is stored in brine, the oil from these black seeds can sometimes leach into the cheese, which may result in a brownish or yellowish tint. This is a natural occurrence and does not affect the quality or safety of the product. To manage the saltiness of the white cheese, we recommend soaking it in warm water for approximately thirty minutes, and then draining the water.
