Why the Flutter & Frame Formulation Matters This kit contains our UK-made 3-step Flutter & Frame TGA system – but TGA is only one part of the formulation. Step 1 also contains glycerin, hydrolysed corn, wheat and soy proteins, Polyquaternium-6 and dimethicone. Step 2 includes glycerin, caprylic/capric triglyceride, sunflower seed oil and tocopherol, before the treatment finishes with our comprehensive conditioning Step 3 containing ingredients including panthenol, hydrolysed proteins, sodium hyaluronate, tocopherol, niacinamide and amino acids. Traditional doesn't mean basic. We look at the complete ingredient deck across all three steps rather than judging a professional lash lift system by one reducing agent or the newest marketing term. Read why formulation matters more than lash lift marketing. Why Choose Flutter & Frame for Brow Lamination? Fast Processing Flutter & Frame is designed for professional artists who want short, controlled processing times. Very fine hair: 3–4 minutesFine hair: 4–5 minutesNormal / Healthy hair: 5–6 minutesCoarse hair: 6–7 minutes Always assess the natural brow hairs throughout processing rather than relying on the timer alone. For best performance, maintain a working temperature of approximately 22–24°C. Traditional TGA-Based System Flutter & Frame uses a traditional thioglycolate-based Step 1, providing fast and controlled reshaping for professional brow lamination treatments. Conditioning Step 3 Step 3 contains amino acids, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate and other conditioning ingredients to support the condition and appearance of the natural brow hairs following processing. Airless Pump Format The 8ml pumps allow you to dispense only the amount required for each treatment, helping reduce unnecessary product waste. How Much Product Should I Use? Use only the amount required for the client's individual brow density and hair length. Avoid unnecessary over-application. Each 8ml pump provides approximately 20–25 treatments, although the exact number will vary depending on the amount of product used for each client. Treatment Guidance Step 1 – Lift Apply according to your professional training and the condition and thickness of the natural brow hairs. Process according to the recommended timing and remove thoroughly. Step 2 – Set Apply Step 2 to reform and stabilise the brow hairs into their new position. Process according to the product instructions and remove thoroughly. Tinting can be carried out following Step 2 where appropriate and according to your professional training and the tint manufacturer's instructions. Step 3 – Nourish Finish the treatment with Step 3. For best results, leave Step 3 on the brows for a minimum of 24 hours. No Film Required Flutter & Frame should be processed without cling film. This differs from our Express Cysteamine system, where film can be used according to the treatment method. Also Suitable for Lash Lifts Although this kit has been built primarily around professional brow lamination, the Flutter & Frame 3-step system can also be used for professional lash lift treatments. When using Flutter & Frame for lash lifting, avoid applying Step 1 to the delicate lash tips. Storage & Shelf Life Store the airless pumps at approximately 15–20°C in a cool, dry environment. Keep away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and high humidity. Keep containers securely closed between treatments and store away from lash adhesives. Use within 3 months of opening. Patch Testing Patch testing is required 24–48 hours before treatment. Follow the product instructions and any additional requirements set by your insurer.
