Each pump provides approximately 20–25 treatments, depending on the treatment, hair length and density, and the amount of product required. Processing Times Use the following as a guide according to the thickness and condition of the natural hair: Fine: 8–10 minutesNormal / Medium: 10–12 minutesThick / Coarse: 12–14 minutes Processing times are a guide only. Film can be used during processing according to the product instructions and the treatment technique you have been trained in. Treatment Process Step 1 – Lift Apply according to your professional training and the treatment being performed. Process according to the condition and thickness of the natural hair. Remove thoroughly before proceeding to Step 2. Step 2 – Set Apply Step 2 to reform and stabilise the lashes or brows into their new position. Process according to the product instructions and remove thoroughly. Tint Tinting can be carried out following the removal of Step 2 where appropriate and according to your professional training and the tint manufacturer's instructions. Step 3 – Nourish Finish the treatment with Step 3 to condition the natural lashes or brows following processing. How Many Treatments Are in Each Pump? Each pump provides approximately 20–25 treatments. The exact number will vary depending on: Treatment being performed Lash or brow density Hair length Amount of product required Use only the amount required for each individual client and avoid unnecessary over-application. Storage & Shelf Life Once opened: Use within 6 months for optimal freshness and performance. Store according to the product instructions in a cool, dry environment away from excessive heat and direct sunlight. Keep securely closed between treatments and decant only the amount required. Patch Testing Patch testing is required 24–48 hours before treatment. Patch test according to the product instructions. A negative patch test does not guarantee that a reaction will not occur during or following treatment. Always follow any additional requirements set by your insurer.
