ALL DAY EVENT: $8,600.00 SPONSORSHIP FEE + $602.00 SUSTAINABILITY FEE GRAB A DRINK, WE’VE GOT ALL DAY This extended event option offers more time for brands to activate in an off-site space of their choosing and allows attendees to visit the event at a time that fits their schedule. Having more time allows for greater creativity in designing brand experiences. Your RSVP list can be open to all or a curated list of wrist-banded TOTC attendees. Discounted rates are available for All Day events hosted on Sunday and Friday, offering brands a high-impact, cost-effective opportunity to engage attendees during days with fewer concurrent sponsor activations. Sponsorship includes: Up to an 8-hour event slot from 10 AM - 6 PM on TOTC Official Schedule Opportunity to request products from Official Partners Minimum 25-30 images provided by TOTC Photography Team Policies + Fine Print RSVP Process: Your RSVP list can be open to all or a curated list of wrist-banded TOTC attendees. Venue: Sponsor is responsible for securing their venue. Event Details: Sponsors must provide the event location by June 19, 2026. Submissions after this date may limit our ability to provide full photography deliverables. Payment Terms: A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship. The remaining balance will be invoiced by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and is due by April 20, 2026. Full payment by credit card is required after May 18, 2026, and will include a 5% expedition fee.
