SMALL DAY EVENT: $6,600 Sponsorship Fee + $462 Sustainability Fee DAY PARTY? YES, OF COURSE! Host a day event that's sure to impress! DJs, pool parties, or even small tasting classes– there are endless opportunities to choose a New Orleans venue and create an experience for TOTC attendees. Small Day Events are 3 hours or less and must end by 6 PM. RSVP list can be open to all or a curated list of wrist-banded TOTC attendees. Discounted rates are available for Small Day events hosted on Sunday and Friday, offering brands a high-impact, cost-effective opportunity to engage attendees during days with fewer concurrent sponsor activations. Sponsorship includes: 3-hour event slot on TOTC Official Schedule Opportunity to request products from Official Partners Minimum 15-20 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team Policies + Fine Print RSVP Process: Your RSVP list can be open to all or a curated list of wrist-banded TOTC attendees. Venue: Sponsor is responsible for securing their venue. Event Details: Sponsors must provide the event location by June 19, 2026. Submissions after this date may limit our ability to provide full photography deliverables. Payment Terms: A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship. The remaining balance will be invoiced by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and is due by April 20, 2026. Full payment by credit card is required after May 18, 2026, and will include a 5% expedition fee.
