Drawn from vineyards with sand, limestone and quartz content in the soil to help retain acid ity, build texture and weight with maximum ripeness of tannins. This myriad of soil and rock types helps show a complex blue to stone-fruit spectrum and a wonderful heady perfume. ‘The Blonde’ is our most popular Shiraz each year, and consistently so for 15 years, perhaps due to its flamboyant style.
