Each box contains 6 bottles. Welcome to the allocation of our 2025 ‘The Brunette’ Shiraz. Sourced from high altitude vineyards on ironstone and clay for its ideal dark-fruit, acid retention and powerful tannin structure. We use a small portion of whole-bunch during fermentation and mature the wine in the finest French barriques. This shiraz is a 'vin de garde' — sure to improve with age. Best enjoyed aerated with a decant and matched with protein dishes. Decant and enjoy.
