Screw-Style Tile Leveling Clips The Alpha® EZ Click Linear Joint Base Screws are breakaway tile leveling clips used with reusable EZ Click Leveling Caps. The screw-style tile leveling system helps align adjacent tiles while establishing a consistent grout joint. It supports floor and wall tile from 1/8" to 25/32" (3mm to 20mm) thick. Leveling caps are sold separately. Four Integrated Tile Spacer Sizes These tile leveling spacers are available with 1/32" (1.0mm), 3/32" (2.0mm), 1/8" (3.0mm), or 5/32" (4.0mm) grout-joint spacing. Each option is color coded for quick identification: white for 1/32", yellow for 3/32", red for 1/8", and black for 5/32". Every package contains 200 Linear Joint Base Screws of the selected size. Tool-Free Tile Leveling System EZ Click Leveling Caps tighten onto the base screws by hand without requiring leveling pliers or other installation tools. As the cap is tightened, it applies pressure across adjoining tiles to improve alignment while the integrated tile spacers maintain the selected joint width. The cap's contact edge is designed to clear small debris and residue to help reduce the risk of scratching the tile surface. Instant Screw Ejection After the breakaway base has been removed, the EZ Click unlocking mechanism ejects the remaining screw from the leveling cap. This eliminates the need to manually unscrew each broken base before the cap can be reused. The same reusable cap works with all four Linear Joint Base Screw sizes.
