Mount the dual adapter (DAS35/8PD) to the 5/8"-11 spindle. Install the appropriate Turboshine Rigid disc starting with the coarsest grit needed (#100, #200, or #500). Set the polisher to a variable speed between 700 and 2,500 RPM for the disc and material. Polish the scratch or seam with light, even pressure, keeping the surface wet. Progress through the grits #1000, #2000, #3000, then finish with the Turboshine Rigid Buff. Wipe the surface dry and inspect under raking light before moving on.
