Scratch Removal and Seam Polishing Kit for Stone The Alpha® Scratch Removal Kit provides stone fabricators with a complete system for field scratch removal and seam polishing. Built around the VSP-320 Variable Speed Wet Polisher, the kit combines controlled polishing speeds with the components needed to restore flat stone surfaces after installation. Flat Surface Polishing Without a Wavy Finish The included Alpha® Turboshine Rigid System is designed to polish flat surfaces without the wavy finish that can result from flexible polishing discs. Seven Turboshine steps from #100 through #3000 plus Buff provide the progression needed for scratch removal, seam polishing, and surface refinement. Variable Speed Control and Improved Polishing Stability The VSP-320 operates from 700 to 2,500 RPM with an 800W, 7.0A motor and accepts 4" polishing discs. Its C-handle improves stability during scratch removal and seam polishing, giving the operator greater control when working across flat stone surfaces. Complete Field Polishing Equipment The kit includes the VSP-320 Variable Speed Wet Polisher, Turboshine Rigid discs in #100, #200, #500, #1000, #2000, #3000, and Buff, a 5/8"-11 Dual Adapter System, sleeveless waterproof apron, and VSP-320 standard accessories.
