350 open-pollinated, non-gmo, and pesticide-free heirloom anise (Pimpinelle anisum) seeds per packet. Harvest leaves for culinary use and seeds for flavoring, medicine, baking, and cooking. Direct sow after last frost when soil reaches 65-70F. Sow 0.25 deep and 12 in apart. Germinates in 14-21 days. Place in full sun. Prefers well drained soil and light water. Remove any emerging weeds.
