It has a lightly salty, grassy, slight parmesan cheese and mildly smokey presence, w ith hints of floral. TASTE- light/med oils, some heat, spice, pepper, light smoke, earthy, salty and vegetal, light anise (licorice), some fruit, some citrus, a pinch of cinnamon, and some agave sweetness with a nice bite.
