Artuke's 'Trascuevas' is the only white wine that Arturo makes and the first vintage that we have imported. The fruit used is sourced from 3 different vineyards that are all over 5 0 years old and grown on calcareous rich soils. The vineyards are based in the towns of Banos de Ebro, Abalos and Samaniego. The wine is made up of 90% Viura with 5% of both, Palomino Fino and Malvasia. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with ageing in a combination of 500l French oak barrels and concrete tanks.
