Yes, the backup camera will function normally and reverse camera will display when you put your vehicle into reverse gear What happens when you put the vehicle into reverse gear while the front camera is showing? The backup camera will display. Backup camera always take priority when the reverse gear is engaged Can you record videos from these front and rear cameras? Theoretically yes, but will not be ideal with this system. 2 channel dash cam will achieve this, and we currently do not offer dash cams on our website.
