Seasoned ground beef, picante sauce, pepper jack cheese rolled in a fresh tortilla dipped in our mild enchilada sauce. Mild enough for the entire family while at the same time satisfying those authentic Tex-Mex cravings! 12 PIECES PER BOX, 7OZ. EACH Preparation: Baking (preferred method) - From frozen in shallow sprayed baking dish covered at 350 degrees for approximately 40-45 minutes or thawed 15-20 minutes. Also great sprinkled with extra shredded cheese last 15 or 20 minutes of cooking time. A great entree served with Guacamole, Spanish style rice, refried or black beans, shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. Can be baked as is or covered with extra enchilada sauce. Microwave on high 3.5-4.5 minutes. Note: Wrapper removal may be difficult at the corners on some enchiladas. A little scraping with butter knife and/or a small amount of water may be necessary to loosen wrapper.
