Monday May 25th, 6pm Runner's Life, 1hour. We'll teach you how to gently enter into the fun world of running! Safely and fun! We'll demystify everything you've always, "heard" abou t running but aren't quite sure if it's true. Learn about what gear you need and what gear you don't need. Learn about proper form, breathing, stretching, training programs, run/walk, pace, nutrition and more! Show up ready to run, rain or shine and we'll run/walk and learn. You'll cover 4-6k total in a very beginner friendly fashion. Trust me, you'll be fine. All levels welcome, bring a friend! Show more
