Distilled at the Bimber distillery which is located in London with the first casks being laid down on 26th of May 2016. This expression has been laid down to mature in ex-bourbon o ak casks for 3.5 years and finished in Oloroso for around 6 months before being bottled as batch number three in later summer 2021 with there being just 980 bottles of whisky produced free from chill filtration and artificial colouring. This is the third batch of Bimber's Ex-Bourbon Oak Casks single malt. Previous batches of this whisky have been very well received, and similar spectacular flavour profile are expected from this expression.
