Grown in the Bosawás Biosphere Reserve in Nicaragua, this cacao has extraordinary flavour complexity. It is, quite simply, one of the most complex chocolates I’ve ever tasted. Arom atically intense and deeply layered, the bar unfolds with an intricate blend of purple and green olives, nutmeg and cardamom, fruit leather, and washed coffee.
