What it prints on 100% cotton — full opacity, bright color 50/50 cotton/poly blends — the bleed-resistant chemistry holds back dye migration from the polyester For dark or high-bleed 100% polyester, step up to our Athletic or Sport poly line Printing & curing Mesh: 110–160 for maximum opacity; finer (200–355) for detail and halftones Squeegee: 65, 75 or 80 durometer — or a 70/90/70 triple durometer for sharp edges with easy fill Flash: 240–260°F between colors; keep flash brief on blends to avoid triggering dye migration Cure: curing is a time-and-temperature process — bring the full ink film to 320–350°F (160–177°C); confirm with a temp gun or donut probe, not dryer air temp Recommended companion products Nylon Bond 289 Additive — mix into this ink to bond prints to nylon and other slick synthetics (catalyst; stir in a small amount, limited pot life, always test first).
