Bleu Benedictine is a blue, semi-soft cows milk cheese from Quebec. It is made by the monks at Benedictine Abbey in Saint-Benoit-du-Lac, the only cheese producing Abbey in North Am erica. The cheese has a natural rind and is soft and creamy with earthy, mushroomy aromas and salty, sharp flavour. This cheese is naturally lactose free. Show more
