Cutting between emitters can disrupt spacing and lead to uneven or non-functional distribution. Always cut directly through an emitter to maintain proper performance. Ensure all Perma-Loc fittings are fully tightened. For best results, hold the black body of the fitting with pliers or channel-locks, then tighten the green collar by hand until snug. This typically provides an additional ¼ turn compared to hand-tightening alone. Even small leaks can reduce pressure and flow where it matters most, leading to inconsistent watering and reduced Blumat performance.
