Install the sprocket hubs using the supplied M6 x 16 mm screws with Loctite. Torque to the factory specification. Install the cam sprockets and set cam timing according to the cam manufacturer’s specifications. Attach the cam sprockets to the sprocket hubs using the supplied M6 x 14 mm screws, Loctite, and washers. Install the supplied block-off plate to prevent oil flow into the original VANOS tube. We recommend replacing the O-rings with new ones during this step.
