MAINTENANCEWhen your board starts to look dull or dry, it's time to oil your board. Generally, it is good to do every three to six months depending on how often it’s used. We use and recommend Gilly's citrus based Chopping Board Oil. Put a tablespoon spoon or two of oil depending on the size of the board, then use a dry cloth or paper towel to wipe it over the board. Let it sit and soak into the wood for about 20 minutes. Then, wipe over with a dry cloth.
