CUPPING NOTES FROM OUR HEAD ROASTER Grown in the high-elevation region of Taipiplaya, Bolivia, this washed coffee from ASOCAFE showcases the clean character of the region. Cultivat ed between 1,500 and 1,850 MASL from Typica and Catuaí varieties, it offers a beautifully balanced cup. Expect delicate aromas of sunflower seeds and sweet nougat, followed by a smooth reminiscent of black tea. The cup is clean and refined, with a gentle sweetness, and a lingering tea-like finish.
