Installation Position the base at the head of the bay, clear of where a wheel will sit. Mark the hole positions through the base plate. Drill to the depth specified on your fixing pack, blow out the dust, reseat and fix down. Raise the post and check it locks upright. Before you order This is a deterrent, not a barrier. It is designed to stop someone parking in the space, not to be driven into or parked on. It is not crash rated. Fold it flat before driving over it. Driving over it while upright will damage the unit. Because units are keyed alike, anyone with a key from one of these bollards can open yours. Where that matters, use the padlock version and fit your own restricted-key padlock.
