Ground fixings are also sold separately — concrete and asphalt packs are available on this page. Installation Position the base at the head of the bay, clear of where a wheel will sit. Mark the hole positions through the base plate. Drill to the depth specified on your fixing pack, blow out the dust, reseat and fix down. Raise the post, fit your padlock and check it holds upright. Before you order This is a deterrent, not a barrier. It is designed to stop someone parking in the space, not to be driven into or parked on. It is not crash rated. Fold it flat before driving over it. Driving over it while upright will damage the unit. You will need a padlock and a set of ground fixings to put it into service.
