All the performance you loved in the BNT, now with the Bont Eclipse, will be even greater stiffness, precision, and refinement. The Bont Eclipse Boot: Good Fit Right Out of the BoxThe Bont Eclipse boot was engineered to solve one of the greatest problems facing skaters: obtaining a perfectly fitting boot that does not need break-in time. The core of this boot is a fully redesigned last that duplicates the natural foot shape. This results in less side pressure, improved arch support, and a comfortable, secure fit around the heel and ankle.Skaters who have attempted the Eclipse have consistently reported that it feels like it was custom-made on the first wear.Key FeaturesAnatomical fit with a reengineered last that feels custom-made straight awayLightweight, top-quality materials for comfort and performanceNarrow, sculpted cuff for a locked-in ankle feel and better controlNew sizing system with 5mm steps for accurate online shoppingSleek style choices: black, white, or holographicLightweight, Streamlined, and FastThe Bont Eclipse is lighter than the Jet due to a stiffer resin system and less thermoplastic. Trimming the excess material without compromising a robust carbon base keeps the boot responsive under pressure without bogging you down. While being slightly less heat-moldable than the Jet, the Eclipse still has a robust level of customization, maintaining its shape longer and allowing for greater energy transfer when skating.Improved Cuff FitOne of the key upgrades from the Jet is the new cuff design. Some skaters felt the Jet's cuff was too wide and created gaps at the ankle. The Eclipse corrects this with a narrower, contoured design that wraps around the ankle bone for improved comfort and better control, particularly during corners and sprints.Simpler, Smarter SizingThe Bont Eclipse features an overhauled sizing system, abandoning Bont's 50-year-old original sizing. The sizes rise in regular 5mm increments, making it simpler to locate a precise match. This contemporary method better enhances online shopping too, enabling skaters to easily find the ideal boot even when they fall between sizes.Streamlined Colors and Express DeliveryThe Bont Eclipse is available in black, white, or holographic, a carefully chosen palette that blends style and functionality. Reduced color choices mean improved factory stock and quicker shipping, and each color works well with the boot's aggressive, race-oriented design.Who Is the Eclipse For?The Bont Eclipse inline speed skate is perfect for:Serious beginners who want performance-level bootsCompetitive skaters who need a high-performance boot without a fully customized bootAnyone seeking a responsive, lightweight boot with a contemporary lookSkaters who value a precise fit and easier sizingWhether you’re stepping up from your first skate or upgrading for better comfort and performance, the Eclipse delivers elite-level performance at an accessible price. The Bont AdvantageSince 1975, Bont has emphasized fit, comfort, and performance in all skate boots.
