Bottarga: one of the most delicious gastronomic Mediterranean delicacies. It’s made from the roe (egg sacs) of wild mullet eggs (Mugil cephalus) cleaned, salted, pressed and dried. It has a subtly salty and incomparable to any other seafood authentic fishy taste.
