The Bulletproof Coffee Recipe The same recipe as regular Bulletproof Coffee — just with decaf coffee as the base: Brew 2 cups of Bulletproof decaf coffee Combine with 2 tablespoons of unsalted grass-fed butter (or ghee if included in your variant) Add 2 tablespoons of MCT oil or Brain Octane Blend in a high-speed blender until a creamy head of foam forms, and drink while hot Start small on the MCT oil. If you're new to MCT oil, begin with 1 teaspoon per day and work up to the full 2 tablespoons over a week or two.
