Castle & Key crafts its bourbon with a vintage blending approach, prioritizing the best character of each batch rather than uniformity across releases. This straight bourbon was bl ended from 60 barrels using a mash bill of 73% white corn, 10% rye, and 17% malted barley, aged for at least four years.
