This Cava is a blend of four grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarel-lo, Parellada and Chardonnay. The grape varieties are pressed and fermented separately. After the alcoholic fermentatio n, the blend is made and the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, which takes at least 15 months.
