Made in Sri Lanka, Ceylon Arrack is made from coconut palm sap that is harvested, distilled and aged in Halmilla, the island’s indigenous wood. Traditionally, the sap is harvested by ‘toddy tappers’, men who climb the palm trees to gather the precious liquid.
