Made in Sri Lanka, Ceylon Arrak is made from coconut palm sap that is harvested, distilled and aged in Halmilla, the island’s indigenous wood. Traditionally, the sap is harvested b y ‘toddy tappers’, men who climb the palm trees to gather the precious liquid. Ceylon Arrack is made by Rockland Distilleries Tlc, a pioneering company that has been producing premium quality Arrak since 1924.
