Ceylon tea comes from partially fermenting young tea leaves and is has a smooth taste that is not too bitter to the palate. It makes a very nice afternoon tea and works great with snacks.A sample will make roughly 3 cups worth of tea. An ounce will make roughly 11-17 cups of tea depending on leaf weight.
