Katkoot Champagne Dosage Zero Premier Cru originates from the vineyards surrounding Chigny-les-Roses, a renowned Premier Crù in the Champagne region of France. Carefully blending t he 2017 harvest with three selected older vintages, we create “la Cuvée Katkoot.” For each release and disgorgement, we meticulously balance the proportions of these vintage reserves to achieve optimal results and maintain excellence. Grown using biodynamic techniques that harmonize with the environment, the wine exhibits a lightly golden color with aromas of white fruits, spices, and a hint of bread crust.
