Chartreuse Green / 55% / 70cl Part of the Brandy family of spirits, its history dating back into the 17th century. Made using around 130 plant extract ingredients this is a great d rink to serve over ice or as a digestif Nose: sweet with a slightly tannic herbal aroma, soft minty and a little dry spice. Palate: Minty freshness on the front of the palate, with a soft medicinal note, caraway seed, sweet eucalyptus, with a rather nice hint of soft citrus and more herbal notes like basil add a nice mix to the palate.
