Green Chartreuse. Highly sought-after and limited in availability. To this day, it's still made by Carthusian Monks high up in Chartreuse Mountains, as they have been since 1737. T o taste, it is heady mix of herbs and a peppery anise flavour. The exact recipe is secret, but it is known to contain over 130 ingredients.
