A proper nod to the French classic. We make ours in-house using chicken breast, filled with Yorkshire ham and mild cheese, then breadcrumbed by hand. Bake at 180°C for 25–30 minute s until golden and piping hot. Let it rest before serving. Good with chips, salad, or buttery greens. Show more
