Our cold packs help maintain a cooler internal temperature for 2–3 days in transit, keeping your items in the best possible condition. While the packs won’t stay frozen the entire time, they are fully frozen when packed and provide consistent cooling inside the insulated wrap or bag. NEW Enhanced Cooling Option To improve temperature control, we may include a FREE reusable Netrition insulated cooler bag with ice packs, or a thermal wrap, depending on product type and availability. Because this is an added courtesy, cooler bags are not guaranteed with every order. We strongly recommend placing your order so that it doesn't sit in the shipping system over the weekend. Consider placing your order between Saturday and Wednesday, and choose Next Day or 2-Day service if necessary. To prevent your package from sitting outside in direct sunlight, arrange for personal receipt or delivery to an alternative location, such as work or a friend's house. Your shipping charge will be determined by the weight and destination of your package. Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. For orders with both perishable/heat-sensitive and non-perishable items, you may want to place two separate orders to avoid excessive upgraded shipping charges on non-perishable items.
