Enjoy this service for FREE on orders over $50! Our cold packs are designed to stay cool for 2-3 days during transit, providing a consistent temperature within the insulated bag or wrap. Please note that while the packs are not intended to remain frozen throughout the entire journey, they are frozen when initially placed in the package. NEW FOR 2023: To enhance your experience, we are now offering an additional cooling option. At our discretion, we may include a FREE reusable Netrition insulated cooler bag with ice packs for extra insulation on your order. Alternatively, we may opt to use a thermal wrap instead of the cooler bag. This decision will be made based on a variety of factors, including the specific nature of your order and our current stock levels. Please understand that while we strive to provide the highest level of service, the inclusion of a cooler bag is not guaranteed and should not be expected with every order. We strongly recommend placing your order so that it doesn't sit in the shipping system over the weekend. Consider placing your order between Saturday and Wednesday, and choose Next Day or 2-Day service if necessary. To prevent your package from sitting outside in direct sunlight, arrange for personal receipt or delivery to an alternative location, such as work or a friend's house. Your shipping charge will be determined by the weight and destination of your package. Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. For orders with both perishable/heat-sensitive and non-perishable items, you may want to place two separate orders to avoid excessive upgraded shipping charges on non-perishable items.
