DIAGNOSTICS: EMERGENCY DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE Emergency diagnostics is the first and most important step in identifying the equipment issue and must be handled carefully and professionally. Our commercial emergency diagnostic fee is $100 higher than our regular commercial diagnostic fee of $288.00. Please note that, depending on the case, we deduct 30%–50% of the original emergency diagnostic fee from the approved repair quote as a discount. This is done to provide additional value to the customer and help make the repair more cost - effective. For any additional appliance or equipment diagnosed during the same visit, the additional diagnostic fee is 30% off. The technician will text or call with an ETA approximately 15–30 minutes before arrival.
