The Globe PG24E is a light-duty electric countertop griddle built for smaller kitchens and limited menus that still need consistent, even heat. A 3/8 inch polished steel plate and dual thermostatic controls let you run two independent cooking zones from 70°F to 575°F. Stainless steel construction, 3-1/2 inch splash guards, and a front grease channel with removable catch tray keep cleanup quick and the line tidy. It is a practical, budget-conscious choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner service. Show more
