The Globe PG36E is a light duty, countertop electric griddle built for limited menus and smaller service volumes. A polished 3/8 inch steel plate delivers fast, even heat, while du al thermostatic zones let you run different cooking temperatures across the surface. Stainless steel construction, 3-1/2 inch splash guards, and a front grease channel with removable tray help keep the line cleaner and simplify end-of-shift cleanup. It is a practical, budget-conscious choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner add-on production. Show more
