In this class, you will learn how to successfully make croissants in your home kitchen with a few simple tools. We will use easily found ingredients, with no sourdough starter requ ired, and will create a product that will make you proud. We will cover the production timelines so you can space out the work and learn to troubleshoot common issues. Prior knowledge of yeasted doughs and lamination is helpful, but not required.
