To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat. Preferred Cooking Time: The Crown Lamb Roast should be cooked in the oven at 225 degrees fahrenheit for 30-45 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 125 degrees fahrenheit. Then, place meat in skillet on medium-high heat and sear for 2-3 minutes. Lastly, let the lamb rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
