The fourth release in Cu Bocan's Creations series has been matured in a combination of Tawny Port and Cognac casks, in a nod to the Antrim cocktail. Aromas of plum jam, glazed cher ries, cinnamon and chocolate fill the nose, complemented by notes of freshly-baked croissants, apricot and baked pears throughout the palate. Show more
