Each jar contain 100% Sam's culinary lavender grown, harvested, dried, stripped, and sifted by hand at our farm in the Finger Lakes. Buds can be used whole, chopped or blitzed - your choice! To really express the flavor and aroma, we recommend rubbing the buds between your fingers before adding to your dish. The glass vial contains approximately 2 Tablespoons of buds and the jar approximately 1/4 cup. Both are packaged in glass and can be refilled, repurposed, or recycled.
